new showroom is now open in Crosshands Square Shopping Centre.
Situated
in the Crosshands Square Shopping Centre just off the A48 the new unit will
have a full range of flooring and doors on display. A number of flooring products
will be available immediately from stock, while others are available to order.
The new
Crosshands Showroom is open from 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday and selected
Saturdays from 9am till 2pm.

Welcome
to Mick Jones Timber Ltd. and Broadoak Products. We hope you take a
few moments to read this introduction to our company.
Mick
Jones Timber Ltd. is a well established, family run business based on
the outskirts of Welshpool in Mid Wales. As business has grown, a new
showroom has opened in Crosshands, South Wales. As a company we strive
to provide a quality natural product at competitive prices. While we
mainly specialise in Oak products indigenous to the United Kingdom,
we also offer a wide spectrum of natural colours and styles from Ash,
Cherry, Maple, Merbau and Walnut to name but a few, which all provide
various different styles and colours, to give a warm hearty welcome
to your home.
From
the early days of felling timber, the business has expanded to kilning
and maching timber. We cater for everyone from the DIY enthusiast to
specialist tradesmen. From major developers through to your own living
room, we have a product to suit all tastes and budgets, be it home grown
or quality inspected timbersfrom overseas.

Wooden
floors have evolved on to become a modern product. Original floorboards
were square edged boards and draughty along the joints, improvements in
modern maching methods have allowed for interlocking tongue and grooves,
which are easier to fit and far more stable. Other improvements include
modern methods of fixing to fairly low maintenance floor finishes, which
is ideal for the busy family of today.
So

thus increasing the cost to the customer. In 1997, Mick Jones started
to personally travel the globe in search for further quality materials
and has continued to do so ever since.
